The Worksite Wellness Resource Kit

The Worksite Wellness Resource Kit outlines the importance of worksite wellness programs, example program strategies, policies and environmental approaches, resources and assessment tools. 

The Worksite Wellness Resource Kit (PDF, 1.5MB) will help your organization: 

  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your wellness and health promotion policies,

  • Develop an action plan to implement or improve your worksite wellness program through policy and environmental changes, and

  • Provide a multi-faceted payback on your investment.
