About the Program
The Washington State Diabetes Prevention and Control Program
promotes social, environmental, policy, and systems approaches at
state and community levels to reduce the burden of diabetes among
Washington residents.
What Guides Us:Launched in 2005, the Washington State Diabetes Plan outlines goals and activities to prevent, manage, and control diabetes. Program Priorities:
