Cardiac and Stroke Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is a key part of heart disease and stroke care. Rehabilitation can prevent second heart attacks/strokes, improve function, reduce depression, and help people have a better quality of life. • Lack of transportation.
  • Workforce shortages.
