Vaccine Ordering

Health care providers in the state who are enrolled in the Washington State Childhood Vaccine Program can order state- or publicly-supplied vaccine at no cost. This page contains information for providers enrolled in the Washington State Childhood Vaccine Program on how to order state-supplied vaccine using the Child Profile Immunization Registry.

• We're moving forward with implementing direct online ordering to providers. Providers are encouraged to order vaccine using the Child Profile Immunization Registry. Contact your local health jurisdiction to find out how.
