  Welcome to VistaPHw Training and Information Site:


This site contains information regarding the VistaPHw software, a tool for community health assessment. 

VistaPHw is used by Local Health Jurisdictions in Washington, Washington State Department of Health, the University of Washington, Oregon Department of Human Services - Department of Health, Local Health Departments in Oregon, and others involved in assessing public health needs.  Broadly, assessment involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting and sharing information about the health status and needs of a population.

In order to use VistaPHw you must have a valid data sharing agreement.  Please contact Buffi LaDue if you are interested in using VistaPHw. If you have questions pertaining to installing VistaPHw download this quick reference guide.
