Walk-In Same Day ServiceThe Customer Service Counter is open to the public 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except state holidays. For further information please call (360) 236-4300. What Number Do I Call?Order by phone by calling (360) 236-4313. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 p.m. What Does It Cost to Order By Phone?Cost for Over the Phone: One time service charge ( $6.50 VitalChek and $5 expedite) plus $20 for each certificate. The total cost is $31.50 for one certificate and first class mail. Payable by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For Expedited Delivery you must add:
