Washington State transition to new national EMS scope of practice
This document identifies the gaps between Washington State scope of practice and the new national EMS Scope of practice. When you complete the education for your certification level, you'll meet the current standard of care for EMS in Washington, as well as meet the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) requirements for transition training for new or continued NREMT certification.
