    Use this tool to keep a list of all your medications; and discuss this list with your health care providers. Find out what questions you should ask and the information you need on your medications. Many of us take several types of medications every day—prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs or herbal supplements—and sometimes under the direction of several different providers.  It's important for your health and safety that a single, qualified health professional (such as your primary care provider) evaluate all the medications you're taking.
