Sex crime conviction leads to license suspension of radiologic technologist
Seattle health care provider immediately halted from practice
OLYMPIA ¾ The license of Seattle-area radiologic technologist Sasha Bryant (RT00004525) has been immediately suspended due to a felony conviction for second degree burglary with sexual motivation. According to the state Department of Health, Bryant, also known as Rodney Bryant, may not practice as a radiologic technologist pending the outcome of a hearing.
According to the statement of charges, Bryant pled guilty and was convicted of the crime on April 8, 2005. According to the summary suspension order, Bryant failed to report his criminal conviction to the Department of Health as required. The order also says Bryant told police officials that he is a sexual predator.
The statement of charges and summary order in this case are available by calling 360-236-4700 or online by clicking the link to "Provider Credential Search" on the agency home page (www.doh.wa.gov/).
The Washington State Department of Health regulates health care providers.
