Spokane nursing assistant suspended for sexual misconduct
OLYMPIA ¾ The license of a Spokane registered nursing assistant has been immediately suspended on allegations of sexual misconduct. State health charges say Patricia J. Campbell (NA00004440) had sexual contact with a developmentally disabled patient in the patient’s home.
Campbell’s license was suspended by the Washington State Department of Health. She cannot practice until the agency determines whether the allegations are valid.
Campbell allegedly lured a patient into the basement and had sex with her.
Campbell has 10 days to request a prompt hearing and 20 days to respond to the statement of charges. The legal documents associated with this case are available by calling 360-236-4700, or online by clicking the link to "Provider Credential Search" on the Department of Health home page (www.doh.wa.gov).
The Department of Health protects and promotes public health safety and welfare in Washington by regulating the competency and quality of nursing assistants. The agency establishes, monitors, and enforces qualifications for licensing including discipline issues.
