Boil water advisory ends for Clallam County water system

OLYMPIA ¾ The boil water advisory for Estates Inc. water system in Clallam County has ended. The water is safe to drink.

The advisory was issued Sunday after lab tests confirmed E. coli was in the water. The system has been disinfected and re-tested. Lab samples show the water is safe.

The advisory affected about 350 homes near the corner of Woodcock Road and Kitchen-Dick Road between Sequim and Port Angeles. There have been no illnesses reported that are related to the system’s drinking water.
