Klickitat County registered nurse suspended for medication tampering
OLYMPIA ¾ The license of registered nurse Lynn Schneider (RN00175322) has been immediately suspended by the state Department of Health and the Washington State Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission.
This action is based on allegations of drug diversion, forging nurses’ signatures, drug tampering, and other misconduct related to drugs. Schneider cannot work as a registered nurse in Washington until the charges are resolved.
Charges say Schneider diverted drugs and tampered with medications by replacing them with an unknown solution. Legal documents associated with this case are online; click the link to "Provider Credential Search" on the agency home page (www.doh.wa.gov) or call 360-236-4700.
