A gas powered wall heater was found to be in poor repair. This poses a serious asphyxiation, fire, and carbon monoxide danger to guests.
 
A gas heater, missing its cover, positioned within a foot of bed. Bedding could fall near it exposing it to heat and the pilot light.
This gas heater, positioned within a foot of a bed, was missing its cover introducing the possibility for bedding to fall near or against it and exposing bedding to heat and the pilot light.
 
Smoke detectors didn't work in any rooms.
One smoke detector that was not operable. None of the smoke detectors tested worked. Some were not present.
 
Illegal or poorly installed light fixture altered from UL design posing a serious fire risk.,
