Dirty mattresses in almost every room
Unsanitary mattresses were found in nearly every room during this inspection. This problem was widespread as the poor condition of the mattress sets was extreme.
 
Deck railing not attached on second floor - falling hazard
From a second-floor stairwell, this deck rail was not attached at its base, presenting a falling risk to guests.
 
vertical and horizontal load-bearing sections damaged by rot and decay
Structural damage caused by rot and decay left some vertical and horizontal load-bearing sections completely ineffective at supporting the load.
 
Concrete balcony cracked and sags on second floor
Concrete area of an upstairs balcony has cracked, and sags from rot and decay below.
