OLYMPIA ¾ The Medical Quality Assurance Commission has immediately suspended the medical license of physician Henry J. Taylor III (MD60020413), who had practiced at a clinic in Ocean Shores until his employer terminated him because of concerns about his behavior.
The statement of charges alleges Taylor committed unprofessional conduct by misusing legend drugs and controlled substances, prescribing medications and narcotics for his wife using his employer’s prescription forms, ordering labs for his wife using his employer’s account, failing to cooperate with the commission’s investigation, and failing to respond to the commission. Taylor’s whereabouts are unknown.
Taylor cannot practice medicine in Washington until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the charges and to request a hearing.
