The Honorable David R. Crump is an elected City Councilman from Liberty Lake and currently serves on the Spokane Regional Health District as a board member and a member of the executive committee. Dr. Crump has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Brigham Young University. He has worked in hospital-based, school-based, and community-based mental health services and is currently employed by Spokane Public Schools and Empire Health Services. He also teaches as an adjunct professor at Gonzaga University in the graduate counseling program.

As a consistent element of his professional history, Dr. Crump has worked in multi-agency collaborative programs. He has had a focus on children, families, and couples. Dr. Crump has also been active in Scouting and other youth-based activities.
