Find the Washington State location closest to you The Washington Breast and Cervical Health Program in Washington state is designed to provide uninsured and underinsured women aged 40-64 with breast and cervical cancer screenings. This web was developed to help answer questions, and provide information about the program. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please contact the Prime Contractor for your area.
