IDRH Assessment Unit Staff provide epidemiologic and evaluation support to the HIV Client Services Program in support of the Ryan White CARE Act Title II programs. Recent projects include ongoing development and statewide implementation of System Acuity Measurement (SAM) for HIV case management. SAM provides client-level data on client need for case management for quality management, evaluation and service planning process at the state and local HIV Care Consortia levels.
