For Travelers

If you are planning to travel outside the United States you may need immunizations to protect yourself against diseases that are not common in the United States. For more information, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Travelers’ Health Web site. The Department of Health does not provide the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis, commonly known as the Yellow Card. These cards may be available through your provider, local health department, or U.S. Government Bookstore. The Yellow Fever Vaccine Information Statement is available online.
