Become a Certified Yellow Fever Vaccination Center

This page will provide you with information on how to become a certified Yellow Fever Vaccination Center.

Some countries require specific travel immunizations, such as Yellow Fever, for out-of-county visitors. Yellow fever vaccine can only be administered at registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centers. In the United States, Yellow Fever Vaccination Centers are registered by state health departments.

In Washington State, only providers with a yellow fever vaccine stamp can be a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Center. Washington State’s Immunization Program CHILD Profile processes yellow fever vaccine stamp requests from licensed providers that have prescription-writing privileges.
