Ordering WIC Materials
Staff order WIC Nutrition Education and Breastfeeding Promotion materials, as
well as program forms and materials, from the Department of Printing Fulfillment
Center. There are three ways to order materials from the Fulfillment
Center.
On-line: Visit
www.prt.wa.gov and select “General Store”. Create or use an existing
User Name and Password. Select “Shop by Department”. Select
Department of Health, then WIC Program. Select the requested
materials, add to cart and indicate the number needed (make sure to click
"Update Cart" after changing quantity), and complete the shipping information.

Trainings & Workgroups
Training
Information for Clinic Staff - The Washington State WIC Nutrition Program
offers training to local WIC staff including coordinators, nutritionists,
nurses, certifiers, clerks, administrators and other front line service
providers. Trainers and presenters are experienced WIC staff and/or are
experts in the field of health, nutrition, management, and the CIMS computer
software.
- Meetings &
Workgroups
These are Washington WIC sponsored, and are usually, but not always, limited
to state and local WIC staff.
- Other Events
These events are sponsored by organizations other than Washington WIC, and
may be of interest to local WIC staff or others.

Travel Forms and Reimbursement Information
When the State WIC office agrees to reimburse local WIC staff for travel,
these are the forms for local staff to complete, along with information
about the reimbursement process. This includes necessary
pre-authorization to travel forms as well as reimbursement request forms.
