Practical Approaches to Asthma Management
This interactive course will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to teach basic asthma self-management to patients and families with asthma. Core topics discussed are asthma symptoms, therapy, controlling triggers, medication therapy and administration, assessment and monitoring, inhalation devices, co-morbidities, and effective teaching techniques.
