Who Benefits from the Child Profile Immunization Registry?

Child Profile educates parents, safeguards immunization records, and benefits state and local public health by encouraging complete immunization.

Child Profile offers health care providers these services:
 

• Regular connection with patients through immunization and well-child visit reminders in the Child Profile health promotion mailings.
• Access to immunization records of kids who don’t have records or have moved or changed providers.
• Consolidation of children’s immunization information and the ability to add new records.
• Ability to print individual immunization records whenever parents need them for child care, school, and camps.
• Management of immunizations by identification of kids who need or have missed shots.
• Regular updates and alerts on vaccines and recommendations of immunizations needed.
• Reports, including individual immunization records and clinic immunization assessments.
