Burden Report

The Burden of Heart Disease and Stroke in Washington State examines available data about risk factors for heart disease and stroke, both in the general population as well as in those with heart disease or stroke. Hospitalization and mortality data are analyzed, as well. The Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Advisory Council used this Burden Report as a tool in their state planning process.
