Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women.

Surprised? Women are 10 times more likely to die of heart disease than breast cancer.

Here’s how you can do something good for your heart – go red for women! Red is the color for women and heart disease. Make it your color, too.

We know that heart disease can be prevented…so be empowered, take charge of your health, and live a stronger, longer life. Eating right, exercising regularly, and managing stress in your life are all things you can do to help your heart stay healthy.
