FormularyWe maintain a formulary to treat the early stages of HIV and many related conditions. For clients with insurance, we pay co-pay costs for medications on our formulary. Washington State EIP Formulary for clients in Groups 1 & 3 - chart of drugs for clients in groups 1 & 3, including generic name, brand name and restrictions. (You will leave this website). Washington State EIP Formulary for clients in Group 2 - chart of drugs for clients in group 2, including generic name, brand name and restrictions. (You will leave this website).
Cost ShareSome clients must pay a part of their monthly drug costs at their pharmacy. We call this a cost share. Cost share amounts vary. We base them on income, insurance status, and EIP group assignment. Cost shares are higher when EIP must pay a higher insurance premium because a client uses tobacco. Eligibility and services may change. Call us for more information. Our number is 360-236-3426 or 877-376-9316 (toll free). |
