Welcome to the Nutrition and Physical Activity Policy Leadership Group (NPA-PLG) webpage!

The NPA-PLG is a broad Washington State collaborative partnership formed to help facilitate, coordinate, and support the development, adoption, and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated and aligned set of state, regional, local, and private-sector policies that make it easier for people to choose to be physically active and to eat healthy foods.

Under Resources to the right, you will find links to NPA-PLG Materials by year, including our policy prioritization work, meeting records, and our group charter.  NPA Policy Resources provides links to nutrition and physical activity plans and policies in Washington State.

The NPA-PLG steering team is lead by the Washington State Department of Health, Children's Alliance, and Transportation Choices Coalition. Please contact them for more information.
