purpose of the tuberculosis (TB) services manual is for readers to
understand how public health staff complete TB control tasks in
Washington State. Please keep in mind that it contains technical
terms not well understood by the general public. The most likely
readers of the manual are people who work in the public health
field. This may include, but is not limited to:

state law and rule. You may find information on TB laws in
Washington State in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 70.28.005
and the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-170.
