Approved Formula Suppliers

Effective April 1, 2009

In accordance with Section 203 (e)(8) of the Child Nutrition and WIC Reauthorization Act of 2004, all authorized Washington WIC retailers are required to purchase infant formula from only the wholesalers listed below.
