The Office of Drinking Water regulates drinking water contaminants, including pesticides in public water systems. It does not regulate private wells.

Office of Non-infectious Conditions Epidemiology

The Office of Non-infectious Conditions Epidemiology investigates non-infectious illnesses, and illnesses with a suspected environmental component, including pesticides.  The Office of Non-infectious Conditions Epidemiology developed and maintains the central database for state-wide cholinesterase monitoring results.
