Supervisor Certification for Drug Lab CleanupAbout Certification | Worker | Supervisor | Contractor | Training Provider | Cleanup Resources The following steps must be completed to become a certified clandestine drug lab decontamination supervisor. Supervisor certification can last for up to 2 years. To determine the exact application fee, see the Supervisor Certification Application Form below. Reciprocal supervisor certification is currently not offered. Step 1Become a certified worker. Read the Supervisor Certification Application Form (PDF 52KB) to make sure you understand the requirements for supervisor certification.
