Training Provider Certification for Drug Lab Cleanup

About Certification | Worker | Supervisor | Contractor | Training Provider | Cleanup Resources


The following steps must be completed to become a certified clandestine drug lab decontamination training provider. Training provider certification can last for up to 2 years. To determine the exact application fee, see the Training Provider Certification Application Form below.

Step 1

Read WAC 246-205-021, Training provider certification.

Step 2

Develop training curriculum in accordance with WAC 246-205-031, Basic training course content.

Step 3

Have instructors with the knowledge and experience necessary to properly train workers and supervisors.

Step 4

Submit a Training Provider Certification Application Form (PDF 35KB).
