Group A Public Water Supplies The Office of Drinking Water has updated the Group A Public Water Supplies publication, #331-010 (PDF 808 KB).* We added the new requirements for water use efficiency, long term 2, planning and engineering, and fees. Due to the high cost of printing and mailing this large publication, it is available in electronic format only. You can download the document through the link above or use this form to pre-order as many free CDs as you need. The CD will be available in late July. You may also pre-order the CD by calling 1-800-521-0323 or through our publication database. The current rule language (including new requirements for water use efficiency, long term 2, planning and engineering, and fees) for Group A Public Water Supplies Chapter 246-290 is also available on the Code Reviser's Web Site. You can also download EPA's Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) adopted by reference (PDF 1036 KB) or locate them on their web site EPA's Code of Federal Regulations. Once there scroll down to CFR Title 40 (Protection of Environment) in the left column. Select date July 1, 2007, select numbers (136-149) under the column "Parts," and select Parts 141, and 143. * After downloading and opening the PDF file you may need to click on the "bookmark icon" to display the table of contents linking to specific chapters.
