The Food Safety Program:

• Provides guidance, training, and technical assistance to local health jurisdictions and industry on retail food safety issues.
• Works with other state, federal, and local agencies to prevent or investigate cases of foodborne illness.
• Offers you information to help you safely handle and prepare your food.
