Final Workgroup Decision Agendas

Final Decision Agendas are proposals in response to identified topics or issues relating to environmental health and safety in schools. The proposals described are intended to capture the points of the Drinking Water, Indoor Air Quality and Safety workgroups' discussions, where ideas for addressing the problems have come together. Prior to voting on these proposals, the workgroups will have the opportunity to "fine tune" the proposals. Then, for each proposal, the workgroups will identify which proposals they would like to move to the School Rule Development Committee (SRDC) through the process of voting with Green, Yellow, and Red voting cards.

Final Presentation of Proposals

The Presentation of Proposals from the workgroups presents a consolidation of the proposals and recommendations developed by the three workgroups of the SRDC. These workgroups addressed a wide range of issues and concerns within the scope of their topic areas and developed over 100 proposals and recommendations to share with the SRDC.

The workgroup proposals have been consolidated into 25 SRDC proposals. As a means of organization and presentation, these 25 proposals are ordered by five different School Facility Health & Safety Principles. For each of the consolidated proposals the individual elements making up the proposal is presented, each with an alpha-numeric code following. This code identifies the corresponding workgroup and proposal number.

Cross-walk Matrix
The Cross-walk Matrix Linking Workgroup Proposals & Recommendations to the SRDC has been developed as a "cross-walk" from the individual proposals and recommendations from the three workgroups to the consolidated proposals for the SRDC.
