Unless otherwise noted, all materials and forms on this page are in PPT (Powerpoint) format.

County slides are available here for counties who met the eligibility requirements to receive a report in at least one grade. Data within the slides are presented for each grade that met eligibility requirements. (To be eligible for a report a county needs at least two participating school districts with at least 15 valid student respondents in each district, and a county 40% response rate or greater for that grade.)
