Adjudicative  Clerk

The Adjudicative Clerk Office keeps the records for adjudicative services. This includes disciplinary cases from the first document to the final decision. The clerk office acts as a liaison between the respondents, Assistant Attorney Generals and program staff. It eases the process for everyone involved. It also schedules the hearing for cases with cause for a hearing.
