November  2008

November 5 - Kennewick General Hospital - Hearing regarding proposal to relocate 74 acute care beds to a newly constructed campus in Southridge within Kennewick.

October  2008

October 6 - Childrens Hospital & Regional Medical Center - Hearing regarding proposal to establish a new pediatric ambulatory surgery center in King County.

 

October 10 - Reconsideration Public Hearing - Hearing to allow comment on the reconsideration of the denial of CN08-01 application from The Doctors Clinic.

General Public Hearing Guidelines:
 
  • Public hearings are scheduled / conducted upon requests which are made in a timely manner.
  • Any data, comments, or arguments regarding the applications, to be considered by the department, must be submitted at the hearing
  • Affected parties may reserve their right to respond to information provided under WAC 246-310-160(a) if they are located or reside within the applicant’s health service area
  • If you are limited in English speaking or hearing impaired, a qualified interpreter can be appointed.  Brailled or taped information can be made available for individuals with visual impairments
