Transient Accommodations (TA)

                                                  
The Transient Accommodations Program is charged by the Washington State Legislature "to promote the protection of the health and safety of individuals using accommodations in this state."  Transient Accommodations means any facility such as a hotel, motel, condominium, resort, or any other facility or place offering three or more lodging units to guests for periods of less than 30 days. 

       

This Web site should provide you with information about how to become licensed, who is currently licensed, how to file a complaint, and other licensing information on Transient Accommodations.
