Licensure by Examination
Requirements:
- Completed official application form.
- Non-refundable application fee.
- Official transcript and a copy of your chiropractic diploma showing graduation from an accredited chiropractic college approved by the Counsel on Chiropractic Education (CCE).
- Official transcripts showing completion of at least one-half the requirements for a baccalaureate degree at on accredited and approved college or university.
- Successful completion of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners test parts 1,2,3 and 4.
- Successful completion of an open book written jurisprudence exam.
- Verification of licensure status from all states where applicant has been issued a licensure to practice chiropractic. Verification is required whether a license is active or inactive.
Licensure by Endorsement
Requirements:
- Completed official application form.
- Non-refundable application fee.
- Official transcripts and a copy of your chiropractic diploma showing graduation from an accredited chiropractic college approved by the Counsel on Chiropractic Education (CCE).
- Official transcripts from pre-chiropractic schools showing successful completion of at least two years of liberal arts and sciences study.
Applicant must provide evidence satisfactory to the commission that they:
- Are licensed to practice as a chiropractor in another jurisdiction.
- Have credentials and qualifications that are substantially equivalent to Washington.
- Have been engaged in the full-time practice of chiropractic, or taught general clinical chiropractic subjects at an accredited chiropractic school.
- Have not been convicted of a crime.
- Have a license that is not suspended, revoked, conditioned, or restricted.
- Pass an open book, mail home written jurisprudence examination with a passing score of 95 percent.
