Recertification Online Renewal
A
currently certified EMS provider within six months of their
certification expiration date, requesting certification at the same
level, for a second or subsequent time. Applicants can complete this
paper application or complete their recertification through the
Online Renewal process.
This process applies to the following EMS
certification Levels.

Poison
Information Specialist
This credential is ONLY for individuals employed by the
Washington State Poison Control Center and required to be certified as a
Poison Control Specialist.
