Data Submission Schedule:

Designated trauma services are required to submit data ninety days after a quarter has been completed.  The schedule of reporting dates for the next 12 months is listed below.

Quarter Covering the Period Due Date
1st Quarter  January 1  to March 31 June 30
2nd Quarter  April 1 to June 30 September 30
3rd Quarter  July 1 to September 30 December 31
4th Quarter  October 1 to December 31 March 31

Collector Training Schedule:

Training for Collector software is now being offered throughout the year.  If you need instruction or have questions about the software, contact the Trauma Registry Administrator.  Also available is an on-line Data Entry Training tutorial you may complete on your own.
