Submission Schedule:
Designated trauma services are required to submit data ninety days
after a quarter has been completed. The schedule of reporting
dates for the next 12 months is listed below.

Collector
Training Schedule:
Training for Collector software is now being offered throughout the
year. If you need instruction or have questions about the
software, contact the Trauma
Registry Administrator. Also available is an on-line Data
Entry Training tutorial you may complete on your own.
