Department of Health provides the
following list as a convenience to you. This listing is
not intended to be an exclusive list of all consultants available in
the area of Certificate of Need services. By providing these
names, the Department of Health is not indicating an endorsement.
The Department of Health, nor the Program, will not involve itself
in any issues relating to dissatisfaction regarding a consultant's
performance
The Department of Health and Certificate of Need are currently revising this Certificate of Need application.
