• Private Psychiatric Hospitals (WAC 246-324)

MEDICARE CERTIFICATION SURVEYS:

• Acute Care Hospitals (42 CFR 482);

• Ambulatory Surgical Centers (42 CFR 416);

• Critical Access Hospitals (42 CFR 485);

• End Stage Renal Dialysis Facilities / Renal Transplant Centers (42 CFR 405); and

• Rehab Facilities (42 CFR 485)
