		Transient Accommodations (TA) Application Requirements: A transient accommodation is defined as any facility offering three or more lodging units for periods of less than 30 days. Any facility meeting the TA definition and planning to operate a lodging accommodation business, or currently operating such a business without a license, should contact our office immediately. Contact our office by mail, telephone or e-mail to request that an application packet be sent or click on application packet link below. Application Packet Fee Change of Ownership Notification The application packet needs to be filled out completely, include a check or money order made payable to "Department of Health.," and other documents as requested.
