Additional Survey/Inspection Fees |
An additional On-site Survey/Inspection Fee may be charged for follow-up inspections, when the
Department determines additional inspections are necessary to confirm
compliance. The additional survey will be the cost of the
On-site Survey/Inspection Fee (see Table 990 below).

Complaint Investigation Fees |
This fee will be charged according to Table 990 for On-site
Survey/Inspection.

Water Test Fees |
An operator will be billed directly for each
water sample collected by the Department when the operator has not submitted
the water tests as required by chapters 246-358-025 and 246-358-055 WAC and
246-361-025 and 246-361-055 WAC for Cherry Harvest Camps.

|
Late Fees |
There are three possible late fees:
- When the license fees and
application are not received by the due date, February 28, a late fee
of $12.50 per site will be charged.
- If the license application
and fees are still not received by the pre-occupancy inspection,
another $12.50 late fee per site may be charged.
- If the license
application and fees are not received within 10 days of operation of
the site, the site(s) will be considered unlicensed and may be subject
to fines per site.
