Migrant Farmworker Housing

Annual License Renewal:

Each year in January, the Department will mail you a "Notice to Renew."  Fill out and return the notice with your payment by mail or in person at our office (open 8-4:30).  At this time, we do not have a way for you to pay your fees on the web or over the phone. 

A license will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the following:

  • "Notice to Renew" on a form provided by the Department,
  • License fees specified in WAC 246-358-990 (MFH) or WAC 246-361-990 for Cherry Harvest Camps,
  • Verification of approved water samples by Washington State Department of Health Drinking Water Program, and
  • On-site inspection conducted and the Department is satisfied the facility is in compliance with the law and rules, or if violations exist, corrections to them are satisfactorily addressed.

Send the completed "Notice to Renew" along with your fees to:
