Medical Marijuana Petition Hearing Announcement

A committee of the Medical Quality Assurance Commission and the Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery will hold a hearing on January 11, 2012 to consider adding Attention Deficit Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to the list of qualifying conditions.

Petitions to add qualifying conditions to medical marijuana law

The Medical Quality Assurance Commission, in consultation with the Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, considers petitions requesting to add conditions for which medical marijuana may be recommended under state law.
