The official comment period for public input on drafting new rules defining a 60-day supply of medical marijuana expired on 2/29/08. There will be a chance to leave comments again once the proposed rules are released. |
What's New Notice filed on new medical marijuana rules The department has filed notice it will write new rules for the use of marijuana for medical purposes. Following four public work sessions, the department will file draft rules and hold formal hearings. It will then adjust the rules based on the input and file final rules. A press release has been issued. |
