Report on Patient Access to Medical Marijuana in Washington State

The legislature directed the Department of Health to gather information and report to the legislature on different ways patients could gain access to adequate and safe sources of medical marijuana.  The report is based on research, expert advice, public input, and the best practices of other states. Here is a link to the final report.
